A 45-minute talk about how to write a scientific paper and get it into a good medical Journal based on Lindholm’s experience both as an author of more than 200 original papers and being an advisor to the editors of the Lancet at their twice weekly peer review meetings.

About the presenter Professor Lindholm

MD (1970), specialist in General Medicine (1975) and Public Health (1986). PhD (1984). Professor at Umeå University, Sweden (1998-) and Awarded the Umeå University Medal for Merit and Excellence (2013). Prof. Lindholm has Published more than 200 original papers in high ranking journals resulting in >17,000 citations (Web of Science). Prof Lindholm is senior advisor at the Lancet peer review meetings (2003-) and was guest editor of The Lancet’s Hypertension Issue, (2012)
